Digital Product Policy
All courses, tools, templates, and digital products sold through LoadDispatchPro.com are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Due to the immediate access granted to our course materials—including videos, templates, and proprietary resources—we do not offer returns or refunds after a purchase is completed and access has been granted.
Exceptions – Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

You submit a written request to support@loaddispatchpro.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

Your request includes a valid reason for dissatisfaction and a copy of your purchase confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these terms.
Duplicate Purchase Policy
If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, please contact us at support@loaddispatchpro.com within 7 days. Upon confirmation, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Load Dispatch Pro will result in permanent loss of course access and may involve further legal action. Please reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any concerns directly.
